Love this place! Their breakfast burritos are to die for, and I've also had their BEC on croissant and that was also spectacular. I also love their bubble tea because they have flavors that you can't really find in other shops. My favorite is the lavender bubble tea but a close second is the rose bubble tea, yumm!
